BeDoHa  does not warrant that the website, its servers, or email sent from BeDoHa are free of viruses or other harmful components. BeDoHa will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BeDoHa reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Shipping
We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (Canada & US)
• International Shipping: 4-6 weeks business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions. Orders placed after 3pm (AST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging. If your order is delayed or lost, please notify us at jody@bedohaenrichment.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Rescehedule missed appointment
‍Please email jody@bedohaenrichment.com with 48 hours notice to re-schedule a session if you are unable to attend. You are also able to switch your session to online just let Jody know.

Returns - BeDoHa Empowerment Blocks
Our hand-painted wood blocks are created with great care and love. All sales are final.

Clothing and What to expect
Please wear regular clothing to the in-person sessions. You lie on a table-bed fully clothed, with a sheet and/or blanket on top, or if you prefer you may be seated in a chair.

You will choose if you want to have a hands on experience or if you prefer the practitioner hovers their hands over your body. Please know hands are stationary and do not massage or move repeatedly on the body (with the exception of the shoulders, the practitioner may slightly alternate the pressure on the shoulders.)
